We fully affirm and support the values and principles of our country and act strictly in accordance with its legal regulations.
A culture of mutual respect and tolerance is of great importance to us. It follows that the company maintains a strictly neutral stance toward different views and opinions, as long as they respect the above-mentioned values. All differences of opinion and conflicts of interest must be dealt with exclusively in a peaceful manner without the use of any force.
Every employee should be aware that they can also be perceived as part of and representative of LOGOMAT automation systems in their private life and are therefore required to represent these values through their behavior in public and their public expressions of opinion.
